Lucky888 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Betting Platform

1 Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document with the meanings set out below.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account with Lucky888, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky888 does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts and other non-human legal persons may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and valid email address.
• You may only hold one account on the Lucky888 platform. If you already hold an account, you are not permitted to register a second account regardless of the reason.
• Your account must be for your personal recreational use only. Using a Lucky888 account on behalf of another person is not permitted.

By completing registration on Lucky888, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria above. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Lucky888 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically:

• Do not share your Lucky888 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not use an easily guessable password. Lucky888 recommends a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• Log out of your Lucky888 account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Lucky888 support immediately at support@lucky888-app.net.

Lucky888 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password security. We will take reasonable steps to investigate reported unauthorised access and may temporarily freeze the affected account while the investigation is ongoing.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Lucky888 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• There is no standard maximum deposit, though very large single deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Lucky888 does not accept cash deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. Lucky888 processes withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: under 30 minutes in most cases
• NayaPay / SadaPay: under 1 hour
• IBFT bank transfer: 1 to 4 hours depending on your bank
• Visa/Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days

Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Lucky888 does not charge withdrawal fees on our side; your bank or wallet provider may apply their own standard charges. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Lucky888 platform, including cricket betting, football and other available markets:

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only confirmed once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets will not stand if your account has insufficient funds at the time of placement. Lucky888 reserves the right to impose individual, market or event betting limits at its sole discretion.

5.2 Odds and Market Errors

Lucky888 takes reasonable care to ensure odds are displayed correctly. However, in the event of a manifest error — where odds are clearly incorrect, such as a pricing error that results in odds significantly outside market norms — Lucky888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies even after the event has concluded.

5.3 Event Cancellation and Void Bets

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion within the timeframe specified by the market rules, the affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific market void rules are published within the individual sports betting section of the Lucky888 platform.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected cricket and other sporting events on Lucky888. In-play odds move rapidly and bets are accepted subject to price availability at the moment of confirmation. Bets placed at incorrect in-play odds due to technical delays will be subject to the manifest error policy in section 5.2.

5.5 PSL and International Cricket Markets

Pakistan Super League and international matches involving Pakistan are among Lucky888's most active markets. All cricket betting is subject to the general betting rules above. Match odds are suspended during interruptions to play. Result markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board.

6 Casino and Games

Lucky888 offers a range of casino and arcade game products including live casino tables, crash games, fishing games and slot-style titles. The following terms apply to all casino and game play on the platform:

• All casino and game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party game developers including Spribe, JILI Games, Pragmatic Play and CQ9 Gaming.
• Lucky888 does not modify game outcomes. All game results are server-determined and cannot be influenced by the player or by Lucky888 after a game round begins.
• For Aviator and other provably fair crash games, outcome verification data is made available to players. Instructions for verification are available within the game.
• Technical malfunctions void all game plays and associated stakes. If a game session ends unexpectedly due to a technical error, Lucky888 will restore any confirmed winnings based on server-side records.
• Game-specific minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and are subject to change at Lucky888's discretion.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all Lucky888 bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are credited as bonus funds, not as real-money deposits. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings generated from bonus fund play become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion (usually 7 to 30 days). Bonus funds not converted within the time limit expire automatically.
• Lucky888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is in the process of meeting wagering requirements, Lucky888 will honour the requirements on a pro-rata basis.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Lucky888 players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus as advertised on the promotions page. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount, to be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Certain game types may contribute at reduced rates toward the wagering requirement — full contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Lucky888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or using the platform in a way that exploits promotional mechanics rather than for genuine recreational play. Lucky888 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse is detected.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lucky888 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Lucky888 platform in any way, including bet placement, odds monitoring or bonus exploitation.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in live casino games or coordinated betting to exploit market inefficiencies.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting known technical errors or software bugs rather than reporting them to Lucky888 support.
• Accessing the Lucky888 platform using VPN, proxy or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your identity or location.
• Sharing your account with another person or accessing another player's account without their explicit permission.
• Placing bets on events where you hold inside information that is not publicly available.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Lucky888 account at any time by contacting support. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining real-money balance returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by Lucky888

Lucky888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Suspected bonus abuse or collusion
• Provision of false registration information
• Player request under the responsible gaming self-exclusion process

Where Lucky888 closes an account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including deposits — may be forfeited if the breach involved fraud or deliberate rule circumvention. In cases of administrative closure (e.g. inactivity), the real-money balance will be returned to the player after identity verification.

10 Privacy and Data

Lucky888 collects and processes personal data about registered players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on Lucky888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction history, game activity and communication records.
• Data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and providing customer support.
• Lucky888 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Player data may be disclosed to payment processors, game providers and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required.

11 Responsible Gaming

Lucky888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. We offer the following tools, all accessible immediately from your account settings without requiring approval:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder alert after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Lucky888 platform. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Lucky888 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
• The Lucky888 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Lucky888's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Lucky888 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account or via a notification displayed upon login. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page.

Continued use of the Lucky888 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date.
